TechStament Solutions provides web development, mobile app development, bespoke digital solutions, and product MVP development services. Specific terms for each project will be outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and designs created specifically for their project. TechStament Solutions retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, tools, and components used across multiple projects.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms typically include an upfront deposit with milestone-based payments.

5. Limitation of Liability

TechStament Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
